POSITION:
Full Time Administrative Assistant in Property Management Office


COMPENSATION:
$20 - $25 an hour, plus Benefits and Bonus eligibility


SUMMARY


As the Leasing & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations, with a concentration on the leasing, marketing, resident relations, and functions of the community.

The Leasing & Marketing Manager strives for 100% occupancy through retention of existing residents, leasing current availability and pre-leasing of future availability.


RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to)

  • Utilize Company leasing expectations and procedures to warmly greet prospective clients, qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present the property and apartment homes, utilize feature/benefit selling, close the sale and followup.
  • Provide front desk coverage, including managing a busy, multiline phone system, greeting clients & tenants who enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment.
  • Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries, tenant issues & concerns.
  • Maintain daily recordings, and log maintenance requests & issues and resolutions in Entrata Property Mgmt software.
  • Process rent payments received by tenant walkins and payments received by mail.
  • Enter and follow up with maintenance work orders.
  • Monitor and update all social media channels to promote the property.
  • Participate in all movein and moveout related activities.
  • Become familiar with several properties and conduct apartment showings.

Your Track Record

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or comparable related student housing experience.
  • At least one year of leasing and sales experience; strong aptitude and interest in a wide range of marketing platforms.
  • Experience with Entrata or similar systems strongly preferred.
  • Social media and digital marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in the student or residential housing industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills. Warm, friendly, and helpful in person and on the phone.
  • Excellent computer skills: Utilizing Microsoft Office
  • Excel, Word & Outlook.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
