POSITION:
Full Time Administrative Assistant in Property Management Office
COMPENSATION:
$20 - $25 an hour, plus Benefits and Bonus eligibility
SUMMARY
As the Leasing & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations, with a concentration on the leasing, marketing, resident relations, and functions of the community.
The Leasing & Marketing Manager strives for 100% occupancy through retention of existing residents, leasing current availability and pre-leasing of future availability.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to)
- Utilize Company leasing expectations and procedures to warmly greet prospective clients, qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present the property and apartment homes, utilize feature/benefit selling, close the sale and followup.
- Provide front desk coverage, including managing a busy, multiline phone system, greeting clients & tenants who enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment.
- Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries, tenant issues & concerns.
- Maintain daily recordings, and log maintenance requests & issues and resolutions in Entrata Property Mgmt software.
- Process rent payments received by tenant walkins and payments received by mail.
- Enter and follow up with maintenance work orders.
- Monitor and update all social media channels to promote the property.
- Participate in all movein and moveout related activities.
- Become familiar with several properties and conduct apartment showings.
Your Track Record
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or comparable related student housing experience.
- At least one year of leasing and sales experience; strong aptitude and interest in a wide range of marketing platforms.
- Experience with Entrata or similar systems strongly preferred.
- Social media and digital marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in the student or residential housing industry strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills. Warm, friendly, and helpful in person and on the phone.
- Excellent computer skills: Utilizing Microsoft Office
- Excel, Word & Outlook.
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
