- Provision roles and provide training for new users on the Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform.
- Responsible for S2P configuration, data management, and help desk support.
- Assist with system upgrades, develop dashboards, and reports to monitor performance.
- Support automation initiatives and assess software releases.
- Collaborate with various teams to assess changes and deliver ad hoc requests.
- Document technologies, workflows, and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Five years of experience in Procurement or related functions as a system administrator.
- Experience with S2P technologies like SAP/Ariba, Zycus, Coupa, iValua.
- Strong project management and reporting skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Technical configuration skills and familiarity with relational databases.
- Self-motivated and able to handle tasks independently.
