What can you expect?

  • You will be responsible for administration and documentation tasks in the areas of Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, M365 & Azure AD, Microsoft Exchange Hybrid, VMWare virtualization platform, Check Point Firewall infrastructure, and Citrix XEN App / XEN Desktop environment
  • You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the hardware base (servers, storage, thin & fat clients)
  • You will monitor and adjust security systems
  • You will provide user support in 1st and 2nd level, supported by our IT helpdesk ticket system
  • You will process and maintain tickets

What should you bring?

  • You have successfully completed an IT apprenticeship (IT specialist) and/or a successfully completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
  • As a "senior", you have at least 8 years of professional experience in the mentioned areas
  • You show a high willingness to learn, responsibility, and ambitious quality standards for your own work
  • You work independently and in a business-oriented manner, are flexible, and show a high level of teamwork
  • You are a friendly and open-minded person with good to very good communication skills in German and English (spoken and written) and have the ability to quickly understand complex relationships
