    *Schedule:
    • Full Time Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30 with rotating call for weekends and for the evenings/overnights. Holidays are done on a rotation
    *Location: * 3100 East Fletcher Avenue Tampa, Florida 33613
    *The community you'll be caring for: *AdventHealth Tampa

    *The role you'll contribute: The interventional technologist is a vital member of a multidisciplinary team consisting of interventional radiologists, nurses and technologists. Interventional technology procedures consist of diagnostic angiography, complex vascular and nonvascular interventional and therapeutic procedures.

    • Ability to learn and use Radiology software packages such as IDX, Radworks, Current PACS application.
    • Ability to quickly learn and follow departmental policies and procedures.
    • Maintain responsibility for all Hospital continuing and annual education.
    • Must maintain all required registries and licenses to perform imaging procedures.
    • Ability to follow Basic Radiation Safety concepts of time, distance and shielding to keep exposure levels ALARA for patients and staff.
    *The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
    • High School Diploma/equivalent
    • Graduate from an approved school of Radiologic Technology
    • Two years' experience as a Registered Radiological Technologist
    • ARRT and State of FL

    Pay:
    $ $45.85 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week
