Thermosystems is a manufacturer's representative for commercial heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) products based in Elmhurst, Illinois with offices in Elmhurst, Peoria, Romeoville, and Chicago.

We have an applied sales team, parts department, and full-service department to support the products we represent.

Service Coordinator
Romeoville, IL


Responsibilities:


  • Work with both internal and external customers to coordinate service work.
  • Demonstrate independent judgment by working with customers on issues regarding their service needed, finding ways to solve problems and/or troubleshoot to achieve the wanted result.
  • Communicate with external customers on a regular basis about job status, operations, customers need, and more.
  • Offer both billing and collects support which is an integral part of the company's financials.
  • Manage all customer service repair work orders from start to finish including scheduling, tracking, ordering parts, subcontractor management, startup management, warranty management, closeout, and invoicing.
  • Maintain great relationship with customers by providing bestinclass customer service and ensure all service requirements are met.
  • All other duties assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Associate degree in related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in project coordination.
  • Must have background using Microsoft 365 Suite.

Pay:
$ $29.00 per hour
