Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
• Manage and oversee social media content creation, ensuring it aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with our online community in a professional and timely manner.
• Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using data to optimize future campaigns.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to create educational content that highlights our services, treatments, and patient success stories.
• Work with practice's website developer to review content and ensure it is uptodate and SEOoptimized.
• Plan and manage marketing budget, ensuring costeffective strategies that maximize ROI.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and tools, ensuring the practice remains at the forefront of the industry.
• Visit local doctors' offices and businesses to build and maintain relationships, promote our services, and create referral networks.
• Organize and participate in local events and health fairs to increase brand awareness and community engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or aesthetics sector.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective audiences.
• Proven experience with content creation, graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite or similar), and video editing.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.) to track and measure performance.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally to visit doctors' offices and businesses regularly.
