Description
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated team player looking for a chance to contribute and grow into a career with an industry leader.
Essential Functions:
Illustrative duties may include, but are not restricted to, the following:
- Prioritize independently to fast paced and changing demands
- Complete the Procure-ToPay process
- Perform data analysis to develop a strategic procurement and inventory plan
- Issue Purchase Orders from a variety of departments (Engineering, Service, IT, Warehouse, Marketing, and Operations)
- Ensure ontime product delivery
- Ensure PO conforms to Company policy and/or Vendor Contractual Terms
- Ensure purchases are most costeffective methods for obtaining goods
- Assist in projects bids, and participate in negotiations
- Develop close working relationships with internal customers
- Identify, develop, and execute process improvements
- Manage vendor relationships for office supplies and services

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Degree, Professional Certificate (ie. CPM, CPIM, etc.), or related experience
- Experience: A minimum of 35 years of Purchasing experience
- Computer Skills: Strong MS Office and ERP Software Skills
