    About the Company: At our organization, we connect military affiliated professionals with companies seeking qualified individuals for various job opportunities. This particular role is open to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers who meet the necessary qualifications.

    Production Supervisor Position:
    The Production Supervisor oversees a dedicated production team within a fast-paced plastic injection molding plant.

    Responsibilities include managing shift operations, enforcing safety and quality standards, optimizing production activities, and coordinating with other departments.


    Job Responsibilities:
    - Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company standards.
    - Drive quality outcomes through various initiatives including process improvement and training.
    - Monitor production metrics, identify issues, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
    - Investigate and resolve production issues promptly.
    - Mentor and motivate team members to enhance productivity.
    - Conduct training sessions and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
    - Manage personnel schedules and performance evaluations effectively.
    - Drive operational excellence and be a role model for the team.
    - Take on any additional assigned duties as necessary.


    Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

    Requirements and Skills:
    - High School Diploma or GED required.
    - 5 years of experience in plastic injection industry preferred.
    - 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
    - Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills.
    - Ability to work in a staggered 12-hour shift schedule.
    - Problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset.
    - Proficient in MS Office applications.
    - Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results.
    - Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds frequently.

    Physical Requirements:


    - Capacity to perform various physical tasks.
    - Compliance with personal protective equipment guidelines.
    - Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items during shifts.
