The Pestalozzi Children and Youth Village near Lake Constance is a facility for child and youth welfare with nine agricultural and artisanal businesses.

Our Demeter garden cultivates 25 to 70 types of vegetables depending on the season.

The vegetables are sold through our own village shops, the delivery service "Pestalozzi-brings-organic", and our garden's market stands at weekly markets, as well as through wholesalers and retail chains in the region.

The Pestalozzi Garden Trading GmbH is currently looking for a TEAM LEADER OR SCHEDULER/STAFF DISPATCHER (M/F/D) FOR SALES AT WEEKLY MARKETS (%).


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Organizing our sales at weekly markets
  • Managing and coordinating our team
  • Planning and scheduling staff shifts
  • Ensuring high-quality customer service
  • Maintaining relationships with customers and partners
  • Monitoring and optimizing sales and profits
  • Participating in market events and promotions
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies
  • Reporting to management on sales and performance.
