Description
SAIC is seeking a Lead Software Developer to join our team for an on-site opportunity in Arlington, Virginia. SAIC is also recognized as an IT leader in the intelligence and law enforcement spaces. We have an exciting opportunity with the United States Marshals Services.

We are seeking an individual to join the team who is fully committed to the success of the program and bringing the best innovation, implementation, and attitudes to bear to the position.

Collaborate within a crossfunctional team, fostering mutual learning and growth while building, supporting, and deploying software with high availability, performance, efficiency, and security, ensuring disaster recovery capabilities.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI team members to transform designs and wireframes into polished code.
Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues and bugs to deliver a seamless user experience.
Work alongside backend developers to integrate frontend logic with serverside functionality, web services, and databases.
Stay uptodate with emerging frontend technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and industry standards.
Design fluid and responsive pages.
Establish and adhere to product style guides for a consistent user experience.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 9 years or more of related experience. Additional experience in lieu of a degree
Must be US Citizen with ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance and DOJ Public Trust prior to starting
Experience leading a team of Software Developers
Proven work experience as on Backend development with a focus on.

NET Core

Proven work experience as on Frontend development with a focus on Angular/React/Vue (Angular preferred)
Development experience with PL/SQL and JavaScript
Relational database experience
Indepth understanding of the entire web development process, encompassing design, development, and deployment.
Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git/Gitlab.
Handson experience with Rest API, RESTful services, JWT, and asynchronous request handling.

Desired Qualifications:

Secret clearance or above
Development in a Linuxbased environment
Development experience with VB.NET or C# to the level required to modify and/or debug existing code
Containerization using Docker
CI/CD pipelines
