- Three (3) to five (5) years of home care, hospice or healthcare experience required, with proven success in sales a plus.
- Understanding of health care services strongly desired.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work effectively and independently with all levels of clinical and administrative staff.
- Ability to represent the Company effectively in a variety of settings and with diverse communities.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be well organized and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Ability to work within a team environment and with deadlines.
- Must demonstrate exceptional customer relations skills and a commitment to providing quality service.

- Proficient with a computer and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook software.
- Valid driver's license, automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation required.

Summary of Essential Functions for the Position:
Committed to Caring, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM)is responsible for spending seventy-five percent (75%) of their time coaching and training the sales team on effective sales strategy through ongoing training sessions and field ride along. Empowers the sales team to accomplish monthly goals through the following methods, but not limited to, establishing confidence in relationships, listening and asking good questions, sharing and analyzing evidence of success from others' practices and observations, providing support to clarify and refine goals, modeling, observing and articulating successful practices and support, and assisting the branches in achieving their budgeted episodic start of care and revenue goals. Twenty-five percent (25%) of the time, the AMBD is successfully marketing to doctors' offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, ALF's (Assisted Living Facilities), and various communities and organizations to achieve the Company's financial and market share goals. Identify and educate potential customers and referral sources about the company's healthcare services and seek out facility preferred provider opportunities. Continually prospect for new accounts and comply with all sales-related policies and procedures.
