Job ObjectiveThe ServiceNow Developer is responsible for supporting the central administration of the ServiceNow platform for developing and continually improving the functionality of applications hosted on that platform for providing end-user support and for conducting problem investigations and root cause analysis to resolve functional issues.

ResponsibilitiesServes as a subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform. Develops and maintains ServiceNow platform and custom applications Follows best practices and Ferguson development guidelines and standards to protect platform performance and prevent Incidents Researches technical issues using web sites vendor support procedures and other troubleshooting methods Participates in projects and support issues associated with ServiceNow applications liaising with appropriate IT departments as well as associated vendors Supports the Platform Manager to document communicate and continually improve the processes and policies that describe the
