- Conduct on-site evaluations to assess insulation requirements for residential and commercial properties.
- Provide detailed and transparent estimates, clearly explaining the benefits of our insulation products and services.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their energy efficiency goals and customize insulation solutions accordingly.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to expand the customer base.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging insulation technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities.
- Experience in sales, preferably in the insulation or construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of insulation materials, techniques, and energy efficiency principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough on-site assessments and accurately estimate insulation requirements.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

As an Insulation Estimator/Sales Representative, you will contribute to our mission of providing energy-efficient solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing insulation needs, providing accurate estimates, and promoting our comprehensive range of insulation products and services.
