    Job Description

    We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Yakima and Wenatchee Area.

    Outside Sales Representative: This role involves selling and supporting A&I branded products and services, such as Lubricants, Filters, Chemicals, and diesel exhaust fluid. A&I Distributors offers a competitive compensation package (base salary plus uncapped commissions) including benefits, company Vehicle, laptop, and phone.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Sell profitable new business in an assigned territory through cold calling, lead development, and networking
    • Deliver tailored presentations to decision makers to establish key partnerships for new business
    • Assist in developing the annual marketing plan, providing realistic forecasts for each product in your territory
    • Utilize CRM tools to drive sales performance and achieve targets

    Relationships and Roles:

    • Interact effectively with all company employees
    • Build trust, communicate well, drive execution, innovate, focus on customer delivery, collaborate, solve problems creatively, and demonstrate integrity
    • Develop and maintain professional relationships that align with company values
    • Establish effective working relationships with all support departments

    Desired Job Specifications:

    • Prior B2B outside sales experience
    • Demonstrated ability to reach and exceed sales goals
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Experience in both privately held and publicly held organizations

    Required Job Specifications:

    • Understanding of customer and market dynamics
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
    • Willingness to travel and collaborate with professionals
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear language
    • Adaptability to changing priorities and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
