    Hiring Opportunity:

    Gahanna, Ohio Our client is a face paced job shop team environment where all employees are cross trained utilized in various departments.

    Our client serves telecommunications, technology, power, medical and food industries.


    Job RequirementsDetails:

    Required:

    • TIG AND MIG welding experience; 5-7 years in relatable industry.
    • Proven proficiency and demonstrated skill in both TIG + MIG welding with a variety of metals; particularly Stainless down to 20 ga. (Average ga is and some Aluminum.
    • Experience with Modular Fixturing
    • 1 yr. minimum
    • Weld test / print test and interview required at time of interview. Candidate to supply helmet/gloves.
    • Proven ability to read and interpret drawings and weld symbols. Willing and able to grind and polish, stud and spot weld as required.
    • Formal Welding School trainingEducation:
    • High school or equivalent with additional Formal Welding school training
    • Familiarity with ISO procedures /quality standards is beneficial. Independence is necessary
    • as is the ability to work as a part of a team.
    • Standing, Sitting, Reaching, Bending, Stretching, Lifting to 75 lbs.
    • Pushing, Pulling, Fine tactical skills necessary.
    • Prefer candidates live in Columbus or surrounding areas.
    • Must have your own helmet and tools.
    • Familiarity with ISO helpful.
