    Description

    Welder*28.00 per hour
    Job Overview:+ Candidates will be serving as a welder in a shop setting on stainless steel and aluminum.+ Candidate will be performing TIG/MIG welding on a daily basis.+ As a welder, employees are constantly performing various welding styles while working on steel.+ Welders will be working with manufacturing blueprints to complete work on a daily basis.


    Job Responsibilities:

    + Selecting, measuring, cutting, and joining aluminum/steel metals to specifications.+ Interpreting specifications and blueprints accurately.+ Determining correct gas ratios for welding purposes.+ Diagnosing and troubleshooting as required.+ Testing the strength of each join during and after project completion.


    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent+ 2 plus years of experience in welding position+ 2 plus years of experience TIG/MIG Welding+ Sound understanding of welding safety+ Willingness to be welding certified through company+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately+ Ability to read a tape measure accurately
    Environment:+ 2nd shift+ 8-10 hour shifts+ Welding Gear+ Steel toe boots, jeans/work pants+ Manufacturing Facility
