- Maintain responsibility for a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for multiple projects of varying complexity.
- Prepare and analyze cost forecast/budgets, assist with revenue recognition, plan, track and report labor, travel and ODC expenditures.
- Monitor and control costs & schedules of business programs against defined performance metrics and meets deadlines for submission requirements.
- Identify project risks and opportunities and provides analytical contribution in working resolution with PM, Contracts and Finance/Accounting.
- Prepare/support Program Management Review (PMR) presentations for management and customer.
- Prepare financial Contract Data Requirements (CDRL) for program. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis on the contract as requested by PM and others.
- Review and reconcile sub invoice submissions.
