Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced F&I Manager to join our team.

The Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financing and leasing options for customers purchasing vehicles at our dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct credit analysis to determine financing options for customers
• Provide financial services such as insurance and extended warranties
• Ensure compliance with Truth in Lending Act (TILA) regulations
• Collaborate with loan officers to secure competitive interest rates
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the financing process
• Prepare and review all finance contracts accurately
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize profitability
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations

Experience:

• Proven experience in F&I management within a dealership setting
• Strong knowledge of automotive sales, finance, and insurance products
• Proficiency in math for calculating interest rates, payments, and taxes
• Experience in loan processing and contract preparation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment

Pay:
$150, $250,000.00 per year
