Responsibilities:

  • Receiving, inspecting, and storing goods
  • Quality management
  • Procuring, picking, packaging, loading, and shipping goods
  • Optimizing logistical processes
  • Determining and evaluating key performance indicators
  • Communicating with customers via email, phone, or social media
  • Advising and informing customers about products and services
  • Handling complaints and warranty cases
  • Managing online marketplaces
  • Maintaining social media presence
  • Providing technical support for products

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (good secondary school diploma may be considered)
  • Reliability and responsibility
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivation and willingness to perform
  • Organizational skills and physical fitness
  • Coordination skills and spatial imagination
  • Friendly and wellgroomed appearance
  • Working with heart and humor
  • Good German and math skills
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Driver's license and car: not required, but advantageous
  • Ability to work independently
