Support a defined group of employees from their first day to offboarding, while solving labor law issues and conducting employee discussions
Consult on HR topics
Independently use modern social media strategies to attract new professionals
Create individual employment contracts
Ensure thorough onboarding and good integration of new employees
Prepare job descriptions, employment references, and performance evaluations
Maintain and expand our personnel development tools (e.g. annual discussions and future workshops)

What you should bring

Completed degree (Human Resources Management), alternatively training as a personnel service specialist and additional education or a comparable qualification
At least three years of professional experience in HR in a medium-sized industrial company in a similar position
Proficient in MS Office;
