Description
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer needs on a face to face basis and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay uptodate on product knowledge and company policies
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customeroriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred, but not required
Pay:
