Your tasks include:


  • Administration, maintenance, and updating of inventory documentation
  • Personnel planning/shift schedules
  • Creation and maintenance of maintenance and safety inspection calendars
  • Regular participation in monthly and quarterly meetings with the employer or their representative
  • Planning and coordination of expert inspections
  • Preparation of corresponding quarterly reports
  • Processing, documenting, and tracking of defect reports
  • Energy consumption statistics and analysis of usage (energy management)
  • Support in the implementation, structuring, comparison, and coordination of the measurement and counting concept
  • Identification of optimization measures
  • Planning and implementation of costsaving measures from a business perspective
  • Advisory activities for renovation projects
  • Warranty tracking
