About us

As a Welcome Manager, you will be responsible for the initial contact with our visitors at the local ADAC offices.

This includes managing visitor flows and offering refreshments in the waiting area.


You will present yourself professionally, receive requests from members and customers, and actively promote current promotions, such as the ADAC bicycle insurance.


In addition, you will distribute informational materials, such as flyers and brochures, to members and customers and assist with advising on vignettes.

You will also maintain regular communication with the office management and colleagues on site.
