Treatment Support Staff I, II, III
(One)Part-Time/AM Shift/0-29 hours per week/Non-Exempt/$ $21.00 per hour (DOE)

Pay differentials offered - must qualify through testing or verification for the following special competencies.

Language Translation
Bicultural Spanish ($1.00 per hour)

Bimodal Bilingualism

ASL Sign Language
Interpret from American Sign Language (ASL) to English, and English to ASL. ($1.00 per hour)

Overnight/Graveyard

Stay Awake Shifts ($1.00 per hour)

Provides supervision and care for each participant and their child(ren) in the residential setting and the field, under the supervision of the Program Supervisor or the Program Manager.

Provides cross-setting care and supervision as well as interventions to women in a SUDT residential treatment center that stabilize their substance use disorder and teach functional skills and behavior that enable the women to mitigate the reasons for entering SUDT residential treatment so that the women can quickly return to and live in their community.

Nighttime workers will remain awake during the complete shift and follow all-night shift procedures. Salary is based on experience and educational credentials.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

This position may work within ALL other agency programs, consistent with their scope of practice, on a as needed basis.

In addition, may require occasional flexible work schedule to meet the individualized needs of each client.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

CA Driver's License, Current Auto Insurance, Clean DMV Printout, clear background check w/ DOJ, CACI, FBI, CPR and First Aid Certified.

TB Test and Physical at the time of employment.
