We are currently seeking a part-time clerk (m/f/d) for our successful owner-managed company, which specializes in mixed tools for the construction industry. The position is for a temporary period and will involve handling the scheduling and production planning at Rocky Gap.

Clerk - Production Planning/ Scheduling hours per week (temporary)

Your responsibilities

Representing the production planning/ scheduling department
Processing and documenting orders
Maintaining master data in the ERP system (supplier and article data)
Obtaining and maintaining relevant purchasing documents

Your qualifications

Commercial training as an office clerk, office communication clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in an industrial environment and in production planning
Experience in production planning/ scheduling
Knowledge of working with an ERP system is an advantage
Good knowledge of English is desirable
