    Job Title: Front Desk Representative

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to join our team. The Front Desk Representative will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.     Responsibilities:

    1. Greet guests and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
    2. Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
    3. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including stocking supplies and keeping the lobby clean and presentable.
    4. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously, escalating to management when necessary.
    5. Process payments for services and accommodations accurately and securely.
    6. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents as needed.
    7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
    8. Uphold company policies and procedures, including security measures and confidentiality standards.

    Requirements:

    1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus.
    2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
    3. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    4. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
    5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    6. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions and guest information.
    7. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.
    8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
