We have more than one million sq ft of warehouse facilities in the state of New Jersey, Georgia, Texas, and California.

With the expansion of our business, we are hiring Supply Chain and Operation Specialist for our Fontana, CA office, and Cranbury, NJ office.

• Engage in frontline operations to comprehend and identify challenges, inefficiencies, and erroneous practices within the warehouse and 3PL processes.
• Analyze operational and warehouse data to derive insights for process enhancement.
• Develop, implement, and iterate innovative solutions, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to rectify identified issues and boost operational efficiency.
• Document, digitize, and visually represent the optimized processes and SOPs.
• Establish a robust communication channel to ensure smooth coordination between the US and Chinese stakeholders.
• Maintain, oversee, and ensure long-term adherence to the established processes and SOPs.
• Support the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and quality control of new business processes.
• Adapt to a dynamic warehouse work environment and be willing to work on a rotational schedule.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex operational and warehouse data to drive process improvements.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of identifying operational inefficiencies and devising actionable solutions.
• Basic understanding of Warehousing, Supply Chain, and Logistics principles, with a familiarity with WMS/ERP systems to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Adaptability to a dynamic warehouse work environment with a willingness to engage in hands-on tasks as needed.
• Demonstrated capacity for self-directed learning and skill development, especially in the domains of supply chain and logistics.
• Preferably pursuing or holding a degree in Industrial Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, or Operations Management.
• Able to read/speak/write Chinese preferred.
