Overview
The Rental Coordinator will assist our fleet department on all activities throughout the rental process and ensure process and procedures are met.
Responsibilities
- Maintains records and files, and coordinates billing process.
- Coordinate all work order assessment, dispatch, scheduling, invoice receipt and payment upon resolution.
- Facilitate the sale of equipment through management, purchase order issuance, invoice processing, and document retention.
- Assist with all system rental needs by setting reservations, creating contracts, and invoicing monthly and final billings.
- Coordinate transportation and installation logistics of equipment and cable transportation to clients.
- Optimizing the process flow between various Departments and management
- Partner with business on process improvement initiatives.
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, followup, problem solving and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask with attention to detail.
- Proficient with MS Word & Excel
- Selfmotivated, team player with excellent people skills.
- Truck/Trailer dealership and/or leasing & Rental industry knowledge preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
