- Key responsibilities:
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Assist in end-to-end evaluation and execution of acquisitions including market research, opportunity sourcing, target diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and integration planning. Work with a cross-functional group of stakeholders to conduct due diligence, analyze findings, and present insights to the senior management team.
- Strategic Partnerships: Support the evaluation of strategic partnership opportunities including business case development, structuring of a pilot / proof of concept, and management of partnerships
- Enterprise Strategy: Lead the evaluation of a strategic question / dilemma facing the company utilizing quantitative and qualitative analytical methods. Synthesize clear takeaways from analysis and present recommended plan of action to senior leadership team

- Currently enrolled in an MBA or other relevant Masters program
- 2-3 years of prior work experience, preferably in management consulting, investment banking, finance, private equity, or corporate strategy
