**Description**
*Keystone Bar & Grill is hiring a Catering Coordinator to help execute large catering orders and special events. **Scope & General Purpose**
This position works with the Sales and Culinary Teams to execute and assist with off-site events and large catering deliveries to ensure that the highest quality products and services are delivered to and enjoyed by each customer. This position will combine industry knowledge and experience to produce an environment of positive energy and develop effective working relationships with employees and customers. This will be about 25 hours a week to start with potential for more hours.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Collaborate with the Sales and Culinary Teams to assist with large deliveries and special events
Prepare, deliver, set up and tear down of off-site catering events
Interact and communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure customers are happy and impressed
Ensure catering food and beverage quality and 100% customer satisfaction
Other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
**Skills and Abilities Required:**
Hospitality focus with customer-first attitude
Ability to work in high pressure situations and team oriented
Basic understanding of cooking utensils and equipment
Detail oriented
**Candidate should have clean driving record, as you will be driving the company van for deliveries.**
**Education and Experience**
Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant and/or catering
**Physical Demands**
Physical exertion, including standing for long periods of time, bending, climbing, lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.
Ability to freely access all areas of the catering vehicle and restaurant, including in the kitchen and storage areas
Ability to climb stairs and ladders
Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
Must be willing to work nights/weekends
