The SHD Creative Planning Systems GmbH is looking for you to join our team in Sunnyland, IL as soon as possible.

Your challenges with us:
-
Scheduling: You organize appointments and support with planning.
-
Online and telephone marketing: You conduct potential analyses and product presentations, make phone calls for acquisition, and support with marketing and special promotions.

Address qualification: You create new addresses, qualify them, and process existing data.

Order management: You support the sales team with order processing, handling complaints, contract cancellations, and processing association notifications.

Trade show organization: As an organizational talent, you keep track of all upcoming trade show dates, support with planning and coordinating all parties involved.

Travel: You occasionally participate in trade shows and other external assignments (~10 overnight stays/year).

Reporting support: You provide the team and sales management with defined KPIs in a timely manner and work on their further development.

Mailbox management: You are responsible for processing all inquiries in the general mailbox and assigning them to the appropriate contacts.


What we are looking for:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or studied business administration and have professional experience in inside sales.
  • You are ITsavvy, have strong communication and organizational skills, and act independently and autonomously.
  • You have excellent verbal and written expression.
  • Knowledge of the furniture/kitchen industry or other retail markets is an advantage.
