Construction Assistant Project Manager Role Description:
We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day logistics and other project management tasks. We are looking for someone with knowledge of the software Procore.


Construction Assistant Project Manager job responsibilities:

• Comprehensive knowledge in Procore areas (included but not limited to): Submittals, RFI, Uploading Plans, Change Orders, Documents, Drawings, Photos, Scheduling, Etc.
• Work with Project Manager, Sales department, and Design Team to understand the scope of project and report progress throughout durations.
• Track and upload construction drawing and documents.
• Route, track, and resolve information requests.
• Assist in preparing submittals.
• Printout plans and takeoff drawings in preparation for bid review.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and general framing construction (willing to train).

Construction Assistant Project Manager Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years Procore Proficiency
• Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to multitask on strict deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• High moral standards and strong work ethic
• Ability to work with mínimal supervision
• Thoroughness and reliability

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
