Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of various projects within our organization.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage resources and timelines.


Duties:

• Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all project milestones
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate effective change management processes to minimize disruption and maximize project success
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, and SAFe
• Proven experience in successfully managing projects from initiation to completion
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire crossfunctional teams
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in time management techniques to meet deadlines and deliver highquality results
• Experience in release management, disaster recovery planning, and project implementation is highly desirable
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and navigate through ambiguity

$102, $123,080.05 per year
