JOB SUMMARY:_

The CLOSER / COLLECTOR position is responsible to answer inbound calls, collect the payment on delinquent accounts.

This is the most important position in our company because it generates a forward flow of revenue to grow our operation to greater heights.

In an 8 hour shift, our CLOSER takes inbound calls. Once the consumer is located, our Closer negotiates remit of payment, balance in full.

POSITION OBJECTIVES:_

• Use databases such as TLO to locate the consumer for collection
• Responsible for collecting the $30K target monthly
• Take in bound calls
• Negotiating paying off seriously past due collection accounts

KEY COMPETENCIES:_

• Multitasking between computer screens, web searches, while on the phone
• Reading aloud from the provided script
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency with computers: typing and conducting web searches
• Must be familiar with FDCPA regulations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE_

Minimum 2 years experience in Debt Collections_

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• Prior Telemarketing, Sales, and Collecting.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working

Pay:
$38, $150,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
