Intern Strategy and Transaction - Transaction Diligence - Financial Services (m/f/d) at Ansonia

  • Assisting with (inter)national transactions along the entire value chain, including market, strategic fit, due diligence, and post-merger integration analyses
  • Collaborating on market and company analyses as part of strategy and transaction projects for financial services companies, as well as clients in the FinTech/InsurTech/start-up/broker and private equity sectors
  • Supporting the execution of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects, particularly in the comprehensive analysis of companies and business models, such as analyzing key value drivers and financial performance
  • Project management, preparation and management of virtual data rooms, accompanying expert sessions with management, and assisting with the creation of proposals and pitch documents
  • Assisting with the derivation/development of strategic action options and decision-making bases for our clients' management, as well as creating related reports and analyses in connection with purchase price determination
  • Studying (at least in the fourth semester) business administration or a comparable degree program with suitable focus areas such as finance, M&A, accounting, controlling, insurance, or banking
