Today, it is one of the most successful groups of its kind in Germany.

Your responsibilities:

You will become familiar with the entire range of insurance products and services.
You will actively assist our customers in the field in realizing their wishes through consultation on insurance matters, building savings, wealth creation, and capital investments.
You will analyze the customer's wishes and needs and respond to them situationally.
You will complete a study program alongside your apprenticeship to become a Bachelor of Arts.
In semesters 14, you will study in cooperation with the BWV (Professional Education Institute of the German Insurance Industry).
In semesters 58, you will study online in cooperation with Jade University.
Example study topics include marketing, sales, personnel management, risk management, company pension management, private and commercial insurance business, project management, etc.
