Dematic Corp. is growing and we are looking for a District Sales Director in our Central Sales Region. The successful candidate will be both a passionate & proactive visionary in driving change for the region.

    In addition, the District Sales Director will be a strong leader who enjoys mentoring and training up their team so that success is achieved through collaboration and best practices in solutions sales.

    The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $125,000 - $225,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.


    Tasks and Qualifications:
    This is What You Will do in This Role:
    Lead a team of Account Managers to drive profitable revenue growth and achievement of monthly and annual goals

    Collaborate to improve sales efficiency and sales training for Account Managers on the team


    Work closely with Sales leadership to present an efficient means of doing business with our customers and channel partners including customized offerings where applicable.

    Act as the subject matter expert while partnering with Account Managers to close high profile deals

    Use data analytics to build account plans that focus the team on driving growth and execution in all vertical markets in that region, while employing sales skills to maximize customer value and drive margin growth

    Provide analysis and reporting support for sales, order, pipeline, and cost information in support of the goals and objectives by supporting Sales leadership, including the Directors and Account Managers

    Ensure that sales operations processes and global best practices are communicated and followed for optimal success

    Facilitate and lead the sales forecasting with focus on increasing new business and as sold margin. Responsible for driving forecast accuracy

    Drive projects and initiatives focused on growth and improving productivity throughout the sales organization

    Participate in the planning and support for internal and external sales events, including the annual sales meeting, sales managers' workshops, and sales training events


    What We are Looking For:
    Direct/comparable MHE/Industrial Automations solutions selling/leading experience

    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline, Master's degree preferred

    10+ years of successful experience in complex solution sales; 5+ experience in leadership/management

    2+ years' experience providing analysis for large sales/financial datasets to make meaningful conclusions

    Ability to establish and foster relationships between various internal/external customers

    Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings and group processes

    Strong business acumen

    Strong analytical/quantitative abilities, problem solving and presentation skills
