Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Support office staff with various administrative tasks as needed

Skills:


  • Strong customer support skills to handle inquiries effectively
  • Knowledge of order entry processes to support inventory management
  • Capable of providing personal assistant services to executives when required
  • Experience in project coordination to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Ability to transcribe meeting minutes accurately
  • Strong computer literacy including MS Office Suite proficiency
