Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with project coordination, including tracking progress, preparing reports, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Maintain office files and records in a systematic manner
- Assist with data entry and document preparation
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming/outgoing mail
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of project coordination principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer serviceoriented mindset
- Basic computer literacy
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training is a plus
Pay:
$37, $41,600.00 per year
