Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
  • Assist with project coordination, including tracking progress, preparing reports, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained
  • Maintain office files and records in a systematic manner
  • Assist with data entry and document preparation
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming/outgoing mail

Skills:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus
  • Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of project coordination principles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset
  • Basic computer literacy

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training is a plus
We offer competitive compensation based on experience


Pay:
$37, $41,600.00 per year
