    Red River Commodities processes sunflowers and select other specialty crop agricultural products to create food ingredients.

    We contract directly with local growers to provide the freshest possible grains at the best possible prices and our processing facilities are in the heart of sunflower seed and grain-growing regions.

    Sales Support Specialist

    In this essential role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, providing comprehensive administrative support to our sales staff and customers.

    Order processing:
    Daily coordination with customers, production, warehouse, vendors, and logistics regarding timely fulfillment of orders; daily inventory monitoring. EDI orders and advanced shipment notice submissions as well as shipment tracking, routing orders, and managing late ship reporting.
    Communication with logistics teams to coordinate shipping product from our vendors
    Accounts Receivable Statement tracking and communication for Sales Team
    Reconciliation/disputes of credits and deductions
    Support Grain Procurement with shipping and sales forecasting
    Inventory Tracking of outsourced items, customer drop-ships
    Work with customer specific systems for data entry and sales reporting
    Purchase marketing materials, brochures, signs, etc.
    3-5 years of customer service or sales support experience
    Highly organized, attention to detail, creative and reliable
    Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365 experience preferred
