- Communication: Handle phone and email inquiries
- Insurance Verification: Verify insurance details
- Medical Records: Ensure records are up to date
- Patient Assistance: Provide support and information to patients
- Collaboration: Coordinate with staff for efficient patient flow
- Protocol Adherence: Follow clinic policies and regulatory guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer proficiency
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures
- Empathetic and friendly attitude
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in healthcare
