Your tasks
- Project management and project planning
- Independent development and implementation of automation concepts, primarily using PCS7
- Basic and detailed engineering
- Customer-specific programming of automation, visualization, and process control systems
- Commissioning and qualification
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree in automation engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Extensive knowledge in designing and programming complex process control systems using Siemens PCS7 and associated visualization environments
- Experience in designing and programming digital drive systems
- System knowledge of Windows operating systems / data exchange via TCP/IP and OPC servers
- Ability to work independently and confidently
- Enjoyment of customer interaction
- Good PC/MS Office skills
- Structured and solution-oriented work approach
- Sense of responsibility and willingness to work in a team
- Negotiation skills and good command of English
- Basic knowledge of working with ERP systems
- Experience in the chemical/pharmaceutical industry is desirable
