- Master's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
- Licensure in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or substance abuse.
- Cannot be LCDC due to state requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record in managing and developing clinical staff.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build effective relationships.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Understanding of healthcare technology and its impact on clinical operations.
