Your new job

As a team leader (m/f/d), you will work together with your team on tasks for asspario Versicherungsdienst GmbH in Bad Kreuznach. The focus is on developing automated insurance solutions for small businesses.

Your tasks include:

  • You are responsible for managing the team members and act as the local contact person
  • You are responsible for establishing a unified and solution-oriented team structure
  • Structuring and organizing day-to-day operations as well as developing process optimizations are part of your responsibilities
  • You are responsible for regular coordination , preparation and communication of information to the management
