Your future responsibilities:


  • Supervision of trainees in our inhouse training workshop
  • Implementation of the training regulations and coordination of vocational training
  • Conveying and ensuring training goals and managing practical assignments
  • Preparing trainees for final exams
  • Planning, organizing, and accompanying training projects
  • Participation in job fairs and support in trainee recruitment
  • Mentoring and development of trainees, taking into account individual support needs
  • Participation in internal training (adult education)

Your profile:


  • Successful completion of a master's degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Technical understanding
  • Relevant professional experience and knowledge in training work is desirable
  • Enjoyment of working with people in vocational training
  • Independent, careful, and forwardthinking work style
