The IT Services department is responsible for the IT operations of IBB, which consists of a hybrid operating model of in-house IT services (in 2 own data centers) as well as externally sourced IT services.

The smooth functioning and continuous optimization of IT services is a key success factor for the digitalization of IBB.

At the same time, constantly increasing requirements for security and efficient and appropriate consideration of banking regulations must be taken into account.

The department comprises 35 employees and the entire "depth of production" of IT operations.
