- Respond to inbound leads and inquiries from potential customers via phone, email, or chat
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Schedule and conduct test drives with potential customers
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team and assist with showroom traffic when needed
- Maintain customer records and update sales database
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and inventory
- Adhere to dealership sales policies and procedures
- Attend training and development programs to enhance sales and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the auto industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using various computer systems and programs
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

This role requires a high level of motivation, determination, and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
As a Sales BDC Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers interested in purchasing a vehicle from our dealership.
This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission in the auto industry, located in Arlington, Texas.Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time role with a base salary ranging from $28,000 to $72,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
