Herson's is currently looking for a full time Business Development Center Agent to assist prospective car buyers and maximize potential sales.
THIS POSITION IS PART TIME:
24 HOURS PER WEEK

The Business Development Center (BDC) Agent is the first person many customers come in contact with when they are seeking out a new or pre-owned vehicle.
We will provide the tools to help you succeed whether you have little or no experience in the automotive industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration with a salesperson
- Learn and maintain expertise on vehicles, including their features, functions and availability
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multitasker
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
- Driven to hit sales quotas and goals
- Spanish is a Plus
Must be able to Work Evenings & Weekends
