My Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assortment maintenance (e.g. sodium salts, narcotics, conjugates) and processing
  • Setting and maintaining dispatch parameters
  • Responsible for independent demand and production and supply planning
  • Development and implementation of inventory range goals at the article level as well as order quantities and delivery decisions
  • Availability check of components
  • Conducting procurement activities and ensuring timely and quantity availability of goods
  • Creating rolling purchasing forecasts including purchasing correspondence
  • Monitoring and optimizing key performance indicators such as inventory, scrap costs, and service levels
  • Planning, monitoring, and optimizing delivery capability

My Qualifications

  • Completed commercial studies, e.g. business administration
  • First professional experience in the materials management field
  • Experience in operational ordering environment
  • Good knowledge of common IT systems (especially Google Workspace/MS Office)
  • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
  • Reliability and sense of responsibility
  • Good communication skills
