What are we looking for

What you will do

The
Quality
Control Specialist is responsible for reading drawings in a technical format (.dxf) and compare against the original purchase order.

This role will also be responsible for auditing and correcting pricing for each work order.

Job Expectations:

Reviews purchase orders and blueprints, confirms specs and pricing accuracy.
Troubleshoots potential problems with customer service team and measure technicians for corrections and clarification.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions.
Maintain and update Job Tracker (inhouse CRM).

What you need to succeed

EXPERIENCE

Required:
- +1 year experience reading blueprints

Experience working with software similar to AutoCAD
Ability to pass background check
English
Verbal and Written

Desired:

Experience working in an environment without direct supervision.

EDUCATION

Required:

High School / GED

KNOWLEDGE

Required:

Technical knowledge to read blueprints or CAD produced drawings
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)

Desired:

Knowledge of flooring, facades and/or countertops

SKILLS
